Why Ciel Jewels
Ciel is the French word for sky.
We chose it deliberately. The sky sets no boundary on what can be imagined, created, or achieved — and neither do we. Every commission is an opportunity to reach further, to find a more beautiful stone, to craft something more considered than the last. There is no ceiling to what a piece of jewellery can mean to the person who wears it, and there is no ceiling to the care we bring to making it.
That pursuit — endless, unhurried, always in service of something lasting — is what Ciel Jewels is built on.
The Craft Behind Every Piece
Ciel Jewels was founded by Charlene, a GIA Graduate Gemologist with over 15 years in the industry. Her path has taken her from Singapore to the ateliers of Place Vendôme in Paris, and to the workshops of Florence — continuing to the famed black opal mines of Lightning Ridge, Australia, where the world's finest opals are born. A journey driven not by ambition, but by a genuine obsession with understanding jewellery and its rarest materials at their deepest level.
